Our Policy

As a small business, we make our customers the top priority.

In doing so, once we receive a booking, the time is held for your event. The performer then adjusts their schedule, preventing them from booking another event. Due to this, we are unable to give refunds.

Cancellations will result in a loss of deposit. If you need to reschedule, you will not lose your deposit. We will do our best to accommodate based on availability.
